What is LeavePlus?

LeavePlus is the portable Long Service Leave provider for the construction industry in Victoria.

On 14 August 2023, CoINBEST changed its name to LeavePlus. It’s still the same portable long-service leave Scheme, but with a new look and feel.

How does it work?

Employers contribute to the Scheme and their workers’ wellbeing . It supports workers to take a well-earned break when they need to take time out, recharge, revitalise and be at their best.

Who needs to pay it?

Businesses that employ persons to perform work covered by the Scheme are required by law to register with LeavePlus, report service for their workers, and pay long service leave charges.

The LeavePlus portable long-service leave Scheme covers building, construction, electrical, and metal workers.
